Korman makes investments come to fruition for our Limited Partners. As a General Partner, we are always seeking out opportunities to acquire the best properties in high-demand markets. With a strong name recognition, we maintain a great reputation and ability to scale operations.

By continuing to focus on the best rental properties in each market, Korman believes that the Partnership has the best chance of producing the highest returns and long-term appreciation, with the lowest amount of risk. These properties also benefit from multiple exit opportunities between institutional purchasers, private investors, condominium converters, and joint venture partners. Class AA properties are traditionally the last to feel the impact from concessions and vacancy and are usually the first to recover from weak economic conditions.

The ability to operate in a variety of property types enables Korman to take full advantage of a range of opportunities across all markets. The most important factor is that the property is located in an area where people want to live, and where it is an easy commute for the resident to get to work. The operating model works best when the property is in excellent physical condition, but Korman has the ability to renovate a property if needed.
