Our family is staying at AVE while we look for our new home, and we are very pleased with the experience. It is like living at a luxury resort. The staff is incredibly professional, the grounds are meticulous, and the amenities such as the gym, movie theater, pool, and outdoor bocce ball court make living here fun.
I have lived at AVE for four and a half years and quite honestly, the staff are incredibly friendly, responsive and helpful, and the maintenance is beyond my expectation. Any and all of my requests have been met with a ‘yes,’ and all the unique amenities make living here more of a resort experience than an apartment rental. This is a safe, clean environment, and I couldn't be happier living here!
