Alex is a Senior Construction Manager who brings a high level of expertise to project teams. With over 18 years at Korman Communities, he has worked across all brands and facets of asset enhancement and development.
He is involved in the construction process from project inception through completion, coordinating closely with designers, architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors.
A key aspect of his role is collaborating with on-property Managing Directors and building engineers to orchestrate complex asset transformations while ensuring safety and delivering a seamless guest experience within operating hotels and residential environments.
