Chris Soto has been with Korman Communities for 9 years, overseeing the accounting department and financial activities for AVE. Chris also assists with analyzing key strategic business decisions related to acquisitions, dispositions, and capital transactions.
Prior to joining the Korman team, Chris worked as a manager at an accounting firm where he oversaw the annual financial statement audits of Korman’s AVE and AKA properties for 7 years, as well as other key clients in the real estate industry.
Chris is a Certified Public Accountant. He has a Bachelor of Science from Saint Joseph's University in Business Administration with a focus in Accounting and Finance.
