Nicholas Cardone has been with Korman Communities for 40 years and has consistently delivered sophisticated, contemporary design for numerous properties and projects throughout the portfolio.
Nicholas collaborates with the executive and asset leadership teams to develop strategies for AKA’s visual presentation to maintain the brand’s position as a leader in design and to elevate the guest experience.
Prior to joining the Korman team, Nicholas owned an interior design firm in Philadelphia. Nicholas has a Bachelor of Fine Arts and Interior Design from the Philadelphia College of Art and has studied Interior Design at the Art Institute of Atlanta and in Florence, Italy.
