Steven Ferraro is Vice President, Legal at Korman Communities. After graduating with honors from Gettysburg College with dual degrees in Economics and History, and subsequently obtaining his Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School, Steven embarked on a legal career at several esteemed international firms, such as Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner and Dentons. Serving as external counsel, he strategically guided leading private equity firms and institutional lenders worldwide, navigating intricate real estate transactions spanning acquisitions, financing, joint ventures, leasing, and development within the multifamily and hospitality sectors. Within Korman Communities, Steven orchestrates legal compliance, negotiates pivotal contracts, and drives growth initiatives for the AKA and AVE brands. Steven is licensed to practice law in New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.
