"A lot of leisure travel is based on the services and amenities offered. Today because of Airbnb, leisure travellers may be more open to trying a quote/unquote corporate apartment if there's a swimming pool and they are bringing their family - it would be dependent on communicating effectively and connecting with them to see the value proposition."
