Jamie’s strong leadership in all areas of property management – asset, revenue, and operations delivered one of the most successful lease-ups in the company history, AVE Florham Park.
Today she serves as VP of Strategic Operations for AVE where she collaborates with the Leadership Team and General Managers to develop and execute strategies to achieve the company’s financial goals, as well as maintain the residential properties, and recruit and retain on-site teams to operate at the highest level.
Prior to Korman Communities, Jamie held sales roles with various hospitality brands. She is certified in Revenue Management by Cornell University.
