Today he serves as Senior VP of Asset for AVE where he is responsible for directing all capital improvements and new constructions, as well as collaborating with the Leadership Team, General Managers, and Vendors to develop best-in-class design, suite operations, and preventative maintenance to generate competitive positioning and high return rates.
Prior to joining the Korman team, Paul worked for a construction firm for 5 years where he executed kitchen upgrades, window replacement, and fire restoration on Korman’s portfolio of communities in Suburban Philadelphia.
